The Tall Ship Jolly Rover Sails Past Kayakers Paddling Georgetown Harbor on a Summer Evening

Historic Georgetown Harbor Evening Kayak Tour
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Evening guided kayak tour of Historic Georgetown Harbor. Meet at East Bay Park boat ramp in Georgetown. Call our store at (843) 546-4840 to make required advance reservation.

Following a brief safety talk and paddling instruction, we will paddle Georgetown Harbor, an important port of trade on the Sampit River since 1732. View the colonial era Fyfe and Kaminski Houses and the Rice Museum's Clock Tower from the water where shrimp boats and the Tall Ship Jolly Rover share the harbor with visiting yachts from around the world. We will circle around Goat Island and return to East Bay Park Landing. You may want to plan on relaxing afterwards with dinner and refreshments at one of the Harborwalk restaurants or pubs on the waterfront.
